I was hired as the Properties Master at the Oberlin Summer Theatre Festival for the summer of 2019. I was responsible for locating, purchasing, making, and securing all properties used in the three shows listed below. This included all set dressing, furniture, hand props, and food props. I also lead changeovers daily, taking charge in moving and storing all the props and dressing as well as setting the stage for the following show. I was responsible for fixing any damaged props, working within a budget, and returning all the props at the end of the season. I worked closely with the Cleveland Playhouse and local antique stores, in addition to the Stage Managers, Directors, and Designers throughout this process.
